Yoghurt bark

Another tasty BALANCED treat that the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of Greek yoghurt

    (*I would opt for a vanilla flavour instead if you have kids or family members who do not love Greek yoghurt and prefer a ‘sweeter’ variety)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Preferred fruit - strawberries (chopped) & blueberries are great, otherwise dried varieties e.g. cranberries work well to

  • Handful of white chocolate chips

METHOD

  1. Line a tray with foil

  2. Combine yoghurt & honey in a bowl

  3. Pour yoghurt onto tray and spread out until reaches desired thickness (minimum 1cm otherwise it will be to thin to break into pieces)

  4. Evenly distribute fruit & white chocolate chips

  5. Place in freezer for 2-4hrs until set

  6. Break into pieces and ENJOY (ensure leftovers remain stored in freezer so they do not melt!)
