Yoghurt bark
Another tasty BALANCED treat that the whole family will love!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of Greek yoghurt
(*I would opt for a vanilla flavour instead if you have kids or family members who do not love Greek yoghurt and prefer a ‘sweeter’ variety)
2 tbsp honey
Preferred fruit - strawberries (chopped) & blueberries are great, otherwise dried varieties e.g. cranberries work well to
Handful of white chocolate chips
METHOD
Line a tray with foil
Combine yoghurt & honey in a bowl
Pour yoghurt onto tray and spread out until reaches desired thickness (minimum 1cm otherwise it will be to thin to break into pieces)
Evenly distribute fruit & white chocolate chips
Place in freezer for 2-4hrs until set
Break into pieces and ENJOY (ensure leftovers remain stored in freezer so they do not melt!)
