A bit about our 3 Dietitian’s!

Meet The Team

Meet Danni

Danni

- “I became a Sports Dietitian because I believe nutrition should help people feel energised, confident and capable — whether that’s in sport, work, everyday life or simply feeling better in their own body.

My approach combines evidence-based sports nutrition with a weight-neutral philosophy, helping people nourish themselves with foods they enjoy while building a positive and sustainable relationship with food.

I support individuals to optimise their nutrition, improve energy and recovery, and develop practical strategies that align with their personal goals.

I also have a special interest in supporting people navigating challenges with food, body image and disordered eating.

By taking the time to understand each person’s lifestyle, routines and what matters most to them, I work collaboratively to create realistic nutrition strategies that support long-term health, wellbeing and performance.”

- “Having lived in my fair share of cities (Melbourne, Adelaide, Launceston & now Hobart) - I am very passionate about helping the community achieve a healthy relationship with food & cooking.

I love providing my clients with practical advice, including hands on cooking sessions and loads of resources!

My priority is helping my clients find a balanced eating pattern that is right for them and their health conditions +/- living & work situation. I recognise no to people are the same and am committed to helping you feel your best.

My areas of interest include gastrointestinal health, malnutrition, type 2 diabetes and mindful eating. I aim to take a weight neutral or health at every size approach.”
